The Center for Creative Connections (C3) is a dynamic, experimental learning environment that provides interactive encounters with works of art and artists. C3 volunteers greet visitors, answer their questions, and provide information on the Museum’s collection, programs, and activities. Volunteers also help with the general upkeep of C3 by organizing and maintaining gallery spaces and preparing program and activity supplies. In addition, volunteers facilitate interactive educational programs for visitors of all ages, which often include conversations with visitors about works of art and hands-on creative activities.

We seek applicants who enjoy engaging with the public! You must be at least 16 years of age and we require all volunteers to commit to remaining in the program for a minimum of one year. In addition to a mandatory orientation, volunteers attend training sessions throughout the year. Volunteers work two shifts per month. Shifts are available Tuesday-Sunday 10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Thursday 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., and select Fridays 6:00 p.m.-midnight.

To request an application, contact Rhiannon Martin at rmartin@DMA.org. Applications are due Sunday, March 22. Volunteers must attend a mandatory volunteer orientation on Saturday, April 4 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
