A Mentor Coordinator will work with groups of mentors and Mentor Group Leaders to support the mission of the I Mattert Too program. Provide weekly communication, follow up, resources and tools for mentoring, and assistance with goal setting for students. May assist in attending initial visits with a mentor and his/her child. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and people/customer service skills. He or she should be a problem-solver and able to handle questions, challenges and provide solutions. The person should have excellent organization and project management skills, the ability to take initiative and follow-through with tasks, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Description
All children deserve love, protection and guidance. I Matter Too provides mentors and tutors to children that have suffered from abuse, neglect, or have been abandoned or left by parents. Our children are orphans needing love and attention.
Mentors and tutors meet with children one on one. They build trustworthy, positive relationships to help our kids grow and experience the full potential for thier lives. Tutors help with school work, academics, life skills and values. Our goal is to provide higher education and build self esteem so our children can succeed in life.
We are changing outcomes and changing lives, one child at a time. Please join us in our fight to share God's love to orphans and children around the world.
