• Sales and Marketing:
• Proactively provide hands-on support in researching prospective clients and preparing the necessary sales tools to include:
o Research industry and corporate information for proposals and sales leads
o Support team preparing sales / presentation materials
o Collate and send out follow up meeting materials
o Set up new meetings
• Administrative:
• Type and proofread correspondence and route accordingly
• Manage Sales Calendars
• Other duties as assigned
