Our perfect candidate is a self-starter, motivated and enjoys working with and helping people who have disabilities and mental illness. We need an assistant who can help manage the high volume of email and phone call inquiries about our fine arts program. Additional tasks would include helping to schedule committee and team meetings, creating meeting agendas, taking minutes at meetings, asissting with art workshop registration, art show project management assistance relating to art submission intake, data entry/management, event planning assistance and art workshop bookings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-orriented and enjoys the challenge of working on projects independantly and collaboratively with our staff teams and committees!
