Description
Housing and Community Services, Inc. (HCS) complements the quality of life at our affordable housing properties in South Texas with a wide range of Supportive Services for residents as well as nonresidents in surrounding area. Our commitment to enriching the opportunities for pesonal and professional success include on-site education, job resources, social services, recreational activities and much more. Many of the HCS Community Learning Centers have been designated by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the national Neighborhood Networks program, meeting specified standards of excellence for their operations.
