Mentors are responsible for supervising, mentoring and monitoring youth, assigned to them; providing support to youth during thier period of employment; and supervising and monitoring youth during community outreach activities. they are also required to follow all instructions given by the Youth Employment Coordinator.

Description
Right Start Outreach Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in South Suburb of Chicago Metropolitan areas. The organization programs provide many opportunities for the attainment of individual wholeness and success. Supporting the development of vocational skills, GED prep, and testing, Job Develoment, Financial literacy, Information Technology, career assessments and exploration, mentorship opportunities, life skills and community pride. Right Start Outreach Center provides many individuals with a thorough foundation for success. The organization has been established to provide a positive influence on the quality of life of those who are in need of support, by offering programs and services that are concentrated on specifically addressing the need of individuals who have experience emotional trauma and hardships, we feel we can help those we work with overcome the issues they face and hopefully prevent anyone else from suffering longer than they have to. These efforts seek to foster self-confidence, high self-esteem and accountability. successful completion of the program will provide all individuals with a thorough foundatin for their future independence, achievement and success.
