Tutoring Couple
Tutoring: a lifelong gift of learning.

Volunteer counselors meet one-on-one with job seekers for 20-30 minute appointments at the library. Our patrons are diverse, from those seeking entry level work to highly skilled professionals, new Americans, and longtime and native residents. Also recent graduates, laid-off workers, re-entrants to the job market, those seeking a mid-life career change.

  • Building and updating resumes
  • Preparation for interviews
  • Teaching how to use online, community, and library resources to target jobs and companies
  • General career planning and strategy.
