Do you want to make a difference in your community? Do you feel satisfied by interecting and helping others?
North Jonesboro Neighborhood Initiative (NJNI) with City of Jonesboro is recruiting volunteers to work directly with North Jonesboro residents to bring about positive changes in North Jonesboro community.
NJNI is reaching out to the residents to work together for changes we all have been waiting to see, volunteers are tremendous support in making changes happen!
Volunteers are needed for events such as:
-National Night Out Celebration (community fair)
-Fall Block Party
-Appreciation Banquet
-Cultural Exchange Festival/Race for Unity (5K)
Regular activities such as:
-NeighborCircles
-Conducting surveys
-Monthly Community Gathering
-Events planned by NJNI Committees (Public Safety, Youth, Quality of Life, and Civic Engagement)

Vision: Collaborative community change strategies where engaged residents, local businesses, faith communities, social service providers and funders work together to build vibrant neighborhoods, foster community cohesion, and build a strong infrastructure of services and supports for families.
