On April 26, volunteers are needed between 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (variety of shifts) to assist with the Caregiver Support Pampering Day. Many caregivers burn out due to high levels of stress, becoming emotionally and mentally taxed, not having time for self-care and being unable to recharge.
The Caregiver Support Pampering Day allows caregivers one day to step away from the role and help themselves. They are able to indulge in massages, pedicures, fine teas, social hour, delicious food and so much more.
It is essential for our community to support caregivers because without them our resources would be tapped out--causing strain on the community.
Volunteers are needed for set-up, registration, escorting vendors, assist vendors, hospitality and phone calls. Interested volunteers please contact us at voarsvp@frii.com.
