The Lancaster Science Factory is planning a science themed fundraising bash and WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are currently recruiting volunteers to help us with our 'A Taste of Science' Fundraiser on October 26, 2019. This event will give guests the opportunity to explore our eerily decorated Science Factory exhibits while tasting extraordinary food and drink - all with a twist on how science relates to us in everyday things such as eating and drinking. We are hoping for YOUR HELP to make this event a success! We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following activities:
- Set Up Volunteers: 9am-1pm (may not take the entire time) - Set up volunteers will help with table and chair set up, food station set up decorating, silent auction prep and MORE...
- Gala Volunteers: 5-10pm - Gala volunteers will help in one of four areas: Food and Drink, Silent Auction, Games or Greeting (must be age 21+)
- Clean Up Volunteers: 10-12pm - Clean up volunteers will help us pack up at the end of the night (Must be age 21+)

Description
The Lancaster Science Factory is a hands-on, interactive science center for kids in Pre-K to 8th grade and their families. We are open to the public and available for group reservations and rentals. We host a wide variety of STEM educational programs and workshops and lead STEM educational outreach in our community!
