Join the New London Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association as a Committee Leader planning our annual, and largest fundraiser, taking place at Ocean Beach Park on Saturday, September 20th. There are a variety of opportunities available, including speaking with past walkers, recruiting new walkers, being involved in obtaining sponsors and planning fun activities. Can't lead a committee? Volunteer to join us the day of the event or help us out when you can along the way. Be part of a highly functioning team with a vision of a World Without Alzheimer's.

Description
The Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association depends on the commitment and dedication of its volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities to offer volunteers throughout the state of Connecticut. Volunteers help us run special events, work in our offices, deliver education and programs, act as advocates and speakers in the community, staff our helplines and run Support Groups, as examples. Our volunteers are passionate and enthusiastic members of our team without whom we could not work towards an end to the Alzheimer's disease.
