Construction Site Supervisor:

This position will be directly responsible for overseeing, training, coaching, and leading groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers on HFH construction sites to build single family homes. This person will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly construction goals. Duties include: construction planning, material procurement, safety training, tool training, and effective volunteer engagement. Position specific training will be provided but a moderate level of construction experience is required.

Requirements: Previous carpentry and/or general contracting experience preferred. Needs to be able to work independently or collaboratively with others. Needs to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 3-5 summers or 1 year worth of experience on a construction site.
