Looking for adults who are 55 plus.
Screen clients who come to the Free Medical Program for mental health and other social service needs. Meet with clients to determine health insurance status and other social service needs (food, clothing, shelter, domestic violence) and make appropriate referrals. May also conduct mental health screenings and provide referrals to mental health counseling and/or psychiatrist, as needed.
