At Heartland Hospice we believe that our patients should enjoy all the wonderful things in life that they can. This includes holidays! We need Celebration Team members. This team goes to nursing homes and assisted living facilities all over the Greater Philadelphia area where many of our patients live to help them celebrate as part of these communities. This could mean singing Christmas Carols, marking the first day of spring, or waving flags for the Fourth of July. We need enthusiastic and creative people who want to bring a little bit of celebration to our hospice patients.

Description
Heartland Hospice provides care to people who have a life-limiting illness of 6 months or less. Services include a team approach to care provided by Registered Nurses, Physicians, Chaplains, Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Volunteers and Bereavement Counselors. Services are provided in Skilled Nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and private residences in the greater Philadelphia area.
