Come volunteer with Repair the World: Philadelphia and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Homeless Health Initiative (HHI)! HHI provides free health and health-related services to women and children living in West Philadelphia shelters. Volunteers are needed for HHI’s nutrition & fitness program - Operation CHOICES - for women & children living in shelter. As a volunteer, you'll join a team of other volunteers to help facilitate fun, interactive sessions based on a curriculum that HHI provides. If you’d like to volunteer with children, the programming schedule is: Wednesdays 6-7 PM or 7-8 PM or Thursdays 7-8 PM. If you’d like to volunteer with moms, the programming schedule is: Wednesdays 1-2 PM or 6-7 PM. You will need to attend a training prior to volunteering.

Repair the World is a national Jewish nonprofit, based in New York City. Founded in 2009, Repair believes service in support of social change is vital to a flourishing Jewish community and an inspired Jewish life. By 2030, Repair will inspire and catalyze one million acts of service towards repairing the world.
