Description
The Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District is a quasi-municipal organization dedicated to maintiaing helthy soil and clean water in Cumberland County, Maine. Our office is located in Windham, but we serve the entire county. We offer school-based and adult education opportunities, technical assistance to landowners, municipalities, nonprofits, and others, and seek funding to address lake and stream protection and restoration efforts.
