When a girl says, "I can't wait to," you know that what's coming next is something she's excited about.
We want every girl to be so excited about the adventures she'll have with us that she can hardly wait for it, because she knows she can do anything she sets her mind to. That feeling starts with volunteers and adults who encourage girls and who are role model.s
Join the movement in 6 different ways:
- Camp: help girls lear about nature and the environment!
- Events: What is your passion? Share with the girls your activities any time throught the Girl Scouting year
- Series: Help girls explore their interest together in a way that fits their schedule and have a series of events to give them a real understanding of your passion!
- Travel: Girl Scouts want to go places! Help an adventurer get to her desination by coordinating, researching or chaperoning!
-Troops: meet regularly and help girls share amazing experience, make a difference in their community and have lots of fun! Troops can be year long or condense into shorter periods that work for you and the girls!
-Virtual: As a virtual Girl Scout, girls can join in exciting interactive activities with other girls their age.

Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
Description
Girl Scouting strives to incorporate what we call the Girl Scout Leadership Experience in everything we do. The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is:
Discover: Girls understand themselves and their values and use their knowledge and skills to explore the world.
Connect: Girls care about, inspire, and team with others locally and globally.
Take Action: Girls act to make the world a better place.
Girl Scout experiences are as much as possible, girl led and encourage learning by doing and cooperative learing. These three processes promote the fun and friendshp that have always been so integral to Girl Scouting.
Begin Girl Scout journey with pathways, six ways which girls and volunteers might participate in Girl Scouting.
