One in 19 women die in child birth; more than 40% children do not live to see their 5th birthday; HIV/AIDS patients are living lonely lives and dying prematurely. TropicalClinics is doing something to reduce these horrible statistics. We would like to invite experienced online fundraisers to help us set up a successful crowdfunding site. The volunteers will help promote the site at forums, blogs and various social media channels. Our goal is to raise $65,000 to source medicine and medical supplies in the USA and ship them tor our clinic in Kenya.
Can you volunteer and how help raise funds on a crowd landing site? Can we count on you to help us invite friends, family and colleagues to join our community of fundraisers for rural health?Thank you in advance for saying "YES" count me in!

Mission Statement
Tropicalclinics mission is to save children's lives from malnutrition and vaccine-related diseases; prevent maternal and newborn deaths at child-birth; and give quality of lives to HIV/AIDS patients in rural areas of Kenya.
Description
TropicalClinics is a 501 (c) (3) U.S. Nonprofit Corporation and a Non-Government Organization in Kenya, East Africa. The organization’s principle operating office is in Princeton, New Jersey. In Kenya, the organization offers medical solutions to women and children by reducing transfer of HIV infection from mother-to-child at birth; preventing pregnancy related deaths; and reducing malnutrition and vaccine-preventable disease in children. In working with district and provincial health officials TropicalClinics has set up one-of-a-kind health center to improve access to basic essential obstetric care, screen for cervical and breast cancer, protect rural children from HIV infection at birth, immunize children against vaccine preventable diseases, and deliver life-saving Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART) and nutritional support to HIV infected patients. TropicalClinics has formed community health committees and is training traditional birth attendants to increase community awareness on health, nutrition, hygiene, HIV/AIDS, and environmental sanitation. We are one of the few health centers in the region with a combined treatment center, dignostic center and pharmacy in the same clinic set up!
