Did you know that 1 in 5 adults in Philadelphia struggle with basic reading tasks? Become a tutor at Community Learning Center and become part of the solution!

Community Learning Center is a nonprofit adult literacy organization serving individuals from around the city who are learning to read, studying English, or preparing for the GED exams.

We are seeking tutors to work with small groups of students who wish to build their basic reading, writing, or math skills. Tutors volunteer once or twice a week at our locations in West Philadelphia (63rd and Vine) or Germantown (near Germantown & Chelten). Weekday morning or afternoon positions are available.
