Robinson Ranch is seeking an experienced volunteer secretary/receptionist to work in our busy office. This part time position requires him/her to answer phones, take messages, answer queries regarding class schedules, summer programs, volunteer opportunities, special olympics. They may also be required to place phone orders for product, file, schedule meetings and other duties requested by the Executive or Program Directors.
There's a great deal of information to learn in order to affectively answer queries appropriately but we will TRAIN the right person. The mission of Robinson Ranch Equine Assisted Learning & Therapeutic Riding Center is to provide comprehensive educational programs for all individuals utilizing horses to facilitate growth, learning and healing. Our population includes children & adults with disabilities, able-bodied children & adults, those who have been abused or neglected, and those who are economically compromised.
Description
Robinson Ranch is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that offers therapeutic riding to children and adults with disabilities. We also offer regular riding classes, Family Saddle Clubs and many other great programs.
