We are seeking someone who wants to pursue a career in public relations. Get some real life experience in public relations while helping out a local non-profit. This is an unpaid/volunteer internship. Applications are being accepted to fill our Summer 2004 slot.

• The best candidate for this opportunity will have the following qualities: *Great writing, grammar and proofreading skills * Working knowledge of Excel and Word * Ability to organize, research and report * Detail oriented Assist the Marketing Department with the following tasks as needed: * Write public service announcements and media alerts * Research, update and organize media distribution list * Research and create media impressions report * Research and write pitch letters to appropriate publications * Clip and organize media mentions Please submit cover letter, resume and letter of reference to: Austin Children's Museum brilesr@austinkids.org
