The Ronald McDonald House of Springfield is seeking a few volunteers for our front desk to help families, welcome guests, give House tours, answer phones, and assist the office staff with projects and events. We are a twenty-two bedroom house that serves the needs of families with children in local hospitals. Please consider lending your time and talent to the House That Love Built. The mission of the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, MA is to provode a "home away from home" for the families and children who are being treated at local medical facilities.
Description
The Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, MA is a 21room House located at 34 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA. Our House was opened in January 1991 and has since served over 10,272 families through December 2013. We do ask for a $15 donation per night/family but noone is ever turned away due to the inibility to pay. Our families come from around the corner and around the worls.
