Mrs. S is a senior living in near Columbia City who is no longer able to drive. She needs a companion to accompany her on weekly trips to the near-by Safeway so that she can keep her pantry stocked. She is an animal lover with a medium sized dog and indoor cat. Can you spare a little time to help her out? Even if you are only availiable once or twice a month, we would still like to give this lovely woman the help she needs!

VCS is a program of Catholic Community Services. VCS provides volunteers who help with the living independence of low-income elders and people living with disabilities. Volunteers are matched to someone based on their interest and volunteering is done on YOUR schedule, in YOUR neighborhood! Just help once to four times a month doing housework, shopping, transportation, yard work, minor home repair, and companionship and make a huge difference in someone's life.
