Join us in planting over 2,100 shrubs and grasses, and help fundraise for more restoration projects throughout Connecticut. For as little as $10 you can sponsor a plant that will help protect our rivers!
In spring 2014, for the first time, migratory fish will use the new fishway on the Pequonnock River to swim up to t heir spawning habitat from Long Island Sound. To celebrate this accomplishment, Save the Sound needs your help to plant native shrubs and grasses that will filter runoff from nearby roads and help keep Pequonnock River healthy for the fish.
Please RSVP directly with us at restoration@savethesound.org so we know exactly how many people will be joining us.
