A Certified Personal Trainer is needed to assist older adults with staying fit in Centreville for one hour, two days a week. This is a great opportunity to give back in the NoVA community by utilizing skills you already have; what a great way to pass on your expertise to an eager and attentive audience.

The Fairfax Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serves older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The goal of the AAA is to improve quality of life and promote independent living for older adults.
