This is a Vet to Vet Program. Veteran volunteers are matched with patients who have served in the military. Visit Veterans, spend time talking and listening. Read a favorite book to a patient, play cards, record memories, write letters, provide companionship. Patients and Volunteers are matched carefully.We work with you to accomodate your hours of availability. Visit patients in your neighborhood, locally or any location you choose. We support and and appreciate our volunteers!

Description
Care and Support is delivered through many different services, customized to meet the patient and family needs. Advance Care Planning, Pain Symptom Management and Bereavement Support are provided. Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care provides care wherever home may be: in a nursing home, assisted living facility or a home.
