Become a volunteer in PAIR's 2019 summer program and support Houston's refugee youth! Our program is gearing up for the summer, and we need YOU to volunteer! This year, we served over 250 middle school students through our programs, so we are expecting a turnout of almost 60 for summer. It takes a team of outstanding volunteers to make this happen, and you can be a part of that. Be a mentor to refugee middle school students as we work with them on projects that involve, art, science, sports and many other disciplines. Plus, you'll be able to help chaperone all of our exciting field trips! When: July 8th to July 26th,every Monday - Friday Times: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM Where: Jane Long Academy (6501 Bellaire Blvd.)

• Required
• Must be 16 or older.
• Must be able to attend all program sessions throughout the month.
• Background check as directed by PAIR.
• Ability to work with a group of children whose English proficiency varies from limited to intermediate.

• Brief Job Description:
• Counselors will lead groups of middle school-aged refugee youth in fun, engaging activities, group discussions, and field trips.
• This is a volunteer position.
