Utilizing the daily "holds" list provided by Garden City Library staff, you will search our shelves in pursuit of treasured books, movies, CDs and more. Your work will make you an expert on the layout of the Library, the location of its vast resources, and the hottest ticket items in the Library today. You will be the unsung hero of all the other patrons who pick up holds at the Garden City Library.
"Hold" lists are printed and pulled twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon, however, this position is flexible and each volunteer would not be responsible for all hold lists.
