Palliative Support Volunteers to meet the special needs of terminally ill hospice patients. Volunteers provide companionship, respite, emotional and spiritual support for patients and families. Volunteers add a special dimension to Embracing HospiceCare’s work. With a warm smile, a tender touch, a listening ear, a heartfelt willingness to help you can make that difference. Palliative Support Volunteer must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you can volunteer with a parent with you. Please include your phone number.

Description

Embracing HospiceCare is a family owned and operated company that has been servicing central and southern New Jersey since 2002.

Our team of experts provide hospice services wherever the patient resides - at home, in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. This team is made up of physicians, nurses, certified home health aides (CHHAs), social workers, chaplains, and - of course - volunteers.

Volunteers are vital to the care we provide. Are you interested in making a difference in someone’s life? Here are some of the ways you can help:
