Love hearing the old stories of days gone by? What about pouring through photos finding just the right one that highlights a particularly fond memory? Join our volunteer team and work with patients and families in collecting photos, stories, mementos, and other unique information. This information can be compiled into a hardbound book and and given to the patient and family as a gift. We offer this service free of charge to every patient we serve, as a way to honor their life and allow them to pass on their Legacy!
We can also help the patient through interviews to look back over their life and assist them in creating a written and/or video record of their life or favorite memories. Both the Legacy Books and Life Reviews are priceless gifts to help a patient create!!!

Our hospices focus on improving the quality of life of all patients, allowing them to make the most of the time they have. The hospice benefit is designed for patients who have a life expectancy of approximately six months, and we work hard to provide exceptional physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to the patient, family and facilities involved form the beginning to the end of their hospice journey.

Queen, Capital, Miracle, and Day City Hospices are dedicated to providing patient-centered care and support to residents of the Greater Cincinnati, Greater Columbus, Greater Cleveland, and Greater Dayton areas in whatever place they call home.
