FAMILIES FOR KIDS is a variation of our traditional one-to-one mentoring program. Big Brothers Big Sisters will match an entire family with a Little Brother or Little Sister. This allows the child (Little) to feel like part of your family, while your children learn what it's like to mentor and contribute back to the community. It’s an extra seat at the dinner table, an extra ticket to the movie, or an extra person to help rake and jump in the leaves! At Big Brothers Big Sisters, we work hard to make an impact on a child’s everyday life. Big Brothers Big Sisters firmly believes in the power of friendship in helping a child grow in a positive direction and blossom into a productive, caring adult. We do this through professionally supported mentoring relationships. For more information visit our website www.bbbsgreatlakesbay.org or call 989-631-5360.

For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 6 through 12, throughout Midland, Bay, Saginaw and Isabella Counties.
