Mission Statement

To affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved and difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community.

Description

Compassionate Care Hospice provides palliative support and comfort care for persons in the final stages of life.

Our care is about people helping people, and our team of hospice experts goes to great lengths to help our patients and their loved ones live each day to its fullest. Our approach is so much more than our experienced medical guidance. We foster genuine personal connections that offer emotional, psychological and spiritual support - taking an active role in the interests that bring joy.

For patients, we work specifically to help you achieve your personal goals and to bring joy, comfort, and fulfillment into every moment possible. Patients on our service may continue current treatments, especially those focused on improving quality of life.

This strong system of support also extends to our patients’ families, providing them resources and support throughout this journey.
