Children's Home Society of Florida has two mentoring programs. We are looking for mentors for both MODEL Mentoring and Project 18 Mentoring. MODEL Mentoring is a one-on-one program for children who live in a single parent household. Each youth is matched with a mentor who can provide guidance and support to help each child develop to their fullest potential. In Project 18 Mentoring, mentors provide one-on-one to give teenage youth, from foster care and over the age of 16, social support and guidance. The program encourages the development of independent living skills. We especially need MALE mentors.
