Our office staff is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with hospice:
- Clerical tasks - copying, faxing, assembling packets
- Data entry for volunteers comfortable with a computer
- No experience required - we will train you
Our office is open 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Medicare regulations require:
- Background check
- TB test, measles test, drug screen
- We pay for background check and all tests

Description
Life Choice Hospice has built a team committed to providing the most comprehensive level of end-of-life services to patients and their families. Our clinical team - comprised of a Case Manager, Social Worker, Chaplain and Certified Nurse's Aides - cares for patients in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Atlantic Counties. Our local presence means a greater degree of community involvement, excellent response time and a clinical team that devotes the time necessary to delivering compassionate, supportive care to our patients and their families.
