Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Accounts Payable:
- File weekly invoices and check copies.
Accounts Receivable:
- Copy supporting documentation for invoicing third parties for reimbursement.
Cash:
- Scan checks for deposit.
- Scan deposit logs.
- File monthly cash receipts.
Month End Close:
- File monthly journal entries.
- Clear cancelled checks for Operating Accounts in the Accounting System.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Consideration will be given to an appropriate combination of education/training and experience.
Education/Experience:
Working towards an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
Language Ability:
Must be able to communicate in written and oral form. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

These traits were demonstrated in the opening our Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center, which has quickly become an international model of excellence for delivering superior outcomes, including creating meaningful connections between generations. It was opened through visionary partnership among local, state, and national governments, as well as private individual, corporate, and foundation investment. The shared resources created a maximum return on investment for the community.
