Are you ready to lend a hand at the largest waterway clean-up event in Texas? We are encouraging school groups, specialty groups, organizations, business groups, families and friends to volunteer at Trash Bash 2015 at Armand Bayou on Saturday, March 28th. Armand Bayou is one big waterway, taking nearly 1,000 volunteers in one day to collect a year’s worth of waste in this important ecosystem.

Description
The Galveston Bay Foundation was established in 1987 in response to great need to focus on the vitality of Galveston Bay. The bay and its tributaries are aestetically and economically important in many ways, including but not limited to commerical and recreational fishing, tourism, transportation, and ecosystem services.
