- Demonstrates, teaches and coaches appropriate cheers, dance and spirit routines for the cheerleaders.
- Communicate pleasantly and effectively with all the members of the program including, parents, and other staff.
- Promotes safety in all cheers, dance and spirit routines at practice and athletic events.
- Maintains safe practice conditions for the cheerleaders.
- Safeguards each cheerleader by her guidance, assistance, and presence during all practices,sporting events, travels, and other related activities.
