Crossroads for Women is seeking a knowledgeable, skilled and creative individual to improve our current website. This volunteer will create and add new pages, tabs, and resources to our current website to improve its accessibility. This is a 20-40 hour project with flexible work times. Project details:
Free resources tab. This tab will be filled with important articles, resources, and information that prospective clients or those just looking to learn more, can use.
Contact information. This information will make CRFW staff contact information easily accessible from our front page.
E-mail subscription link. We want an easy way to keep in touch with the supporters of our program, and are hoping to do this through regular emails. This section would need to be easily seen and utilized by our sites’ users.
On-demand materials (PDF). Through this link, certain pages of our website will be available in PDF form in order to enhance readability.
Seminar Information. Here, we’re looking to prominently feature all of our upcoming seminars and speaking engagements, as well as display out past events so that visitors will understand the depth of our organization.
Contact mechanism. Finally, we’re looking for a device that makes it easy for interested parties to contact us directly from the site.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated services to support women working to break the cycle of homelessness and incarceration and achieve healthy, stable, and self sufficient lives in the community for themselves and their children.
Description
Crossroads for Women assists women (and their children) who are struggling with homelessness, substance addiction, and mental illness. We provide case management, vocational assistance, family and parenting services, therapeutic, social, and creative groups, individual counseling, and housing assistance. Crossroads for Women is located in downtown Albuquerque.
