Spend a fun day encouraging and keeping our earth free of litter at Earth Green Day, sponsored by NJ Aid for Animals. Booths will offer information on composting and areas for recycling will be available. Volunteers will distribute information and assist booths with collecting linens, bedspreads, and towels. Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 8 am to 4:00pm at the Westmont Theatre parking lot in Haddon Township, NJ. (NJAFAht214)

Description
VMC provides volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages through our affiliation with over 500 not-for-profits, schools and government entities. VMC goes beyond matching to educating volunteers. Professional development is offered to volunteer managers, agency boards, and individuals wishing to serve on a not-for-profit board of directors. Business partnerships enable us to assist them in planning and executing volunteer projects. In addition, outreach and senior services are offered through friendly visiting and telephone reassurance programs.
