You are needed to make this historical resource available to visitors by welcoming them from mid-May to the end of October. Your presence in the Seamen's Bethel will help visitors understand and appreciate this silent legend, world-renowned in every ocean port on the map. Your most important tasks will be to greet visitors, provide them with a self-guided tour sheet, and answer any questions they may have. If you want to learn to give a tour of the Bethel to visitors, training and content will be provided to you. Without volunteers to keep the Bethel doors open, the many visitors who come from around the world to see it would be denied that opportunity. You can make it happen for them!
