At the Kentucky Science Center, we have Kentucky's only state-of-the-art, 4-Story Precision White Screen. 3D digital theater! Our 225 seat theater ensures highly immersive viewing that puts moviegoers right in the center of the action!
Experience nature films such as Galapagos and Pandas, travel films like Journey to Space or Jerusalem, and Hollywood films like Harry Potter, The Polar Express, and Back to the Future!
What you'll do: Act as a host and point person in the Kentucky Science Center Digital Theater. Volunteers will check tickets, seat and exit guests, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and maintain and manage 3D glasses inventory.
When: Theater Hosts are asked for a minimum service commitment of six months with 4 or more hours of service per month.
That's only one four hour shift a month!
The Science Center is open Sunday - Thursday from 9:30am to 5pm and Friday - Saturday from 9:30am to 9pm.
