High Activity Youth Center is seeking an outgoing, friendly and organized person to manage front desk and office operations
Volunteer responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, records management, and data entry. The volunteer will also assist with Advisory Board agendas, record meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
This "Go to person" must be reliable, efficient and posses excellent office skills and experience, and be willing to interact with a diverse client population
Volunteer hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 7:00PM. This position can be a shared 2/3 or as agreed upon upon with program manager. A 6 month minimum commit is requested. Minimum age: 21. Ideal for Seniors
