The Donor Recruitment Intern with provide support & territory assistance for eights representatives in Northern & Southern Maine.The intern will also assist with the Cinemagic Marathon Blood Drive, the Bangor Chill & Grill, and the Bangor Fair promotion.
Qualifications: Undergraduate Junior or Senior with a background in Marketing or Event Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Description
The national headquarters of the American Red Cross provides assistance with shaping and leading the organization in our mission and strategic plan. National Headquarters also assists with technical guidance to the many Red Cross units, such as Chapters, Armed Forces Emergency Services Stations and Blood Services regions. These units are responsible for the direct service to the community including disaster response and preparedness, messaging to Armed Forces military and their families, collecting and delivering blood products, teaching health and safety skills and helping reunite families through our international services.
