The Santa Monica Conservancy is offering docent training classes for interested and friendly people who will give tours at the Marion Davies Guest House, Annenberg Community Beach House. Three mandatory lectures are scheduled at the Ken Edwards Center, 1527 4 th Street in Santa Monica from 2:00- 4:00 pm on three consecutive Saturdays - April 5, 12, 19, followed by on-site training. The training classes cover William Randolph Hearst, Marion Davies, architect Julia Morgan, our Gold Coast beach history, and the evolution of the site over time.

Within the Human Services Division, the Volunteer Program recruits and places volunteers at departments within the City of Santa Monica and refers volunteers to human services organizations.
