Do you wish to contribute to the care and comfort of others at the end of their lives? Everyone in hospice contributes and as a team, it takes all skills to help make the comfort of others a reality.
Maybe you have filing experience or love assisting persons on the phone? Assist team members with various office tasks including helping office staff prepare mailings, maintaining patient records, assist with computer work, filing, or stocking supplies, copying, faxing, preparing packets, assist with special projects. and other duties as needed. Our hospice team is amazing!
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, from 8:00 - 4:30 pm. This position is flexible with your availability within those hours.

Description
Hospice Care of the Northwest seeks to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families who are facing a life limiting illness. We focus on life and the quality of living, while accepting the reality of death as part of life.
We provide comfort, company, and active treatment of distressing symptoms, with the patient and their family as the focus of care. Services are provided by a team of professionals and volunteers who are physician directed and nurse coordinated. Comfort and coping resources are provided to the family for up to 13 months following the death of their loved one.
It is the expectation that all employees and volunteers are strongly committed to the dignity and worth of each individual human being.
