Kids University of Tulsa works with elementary school aged children to help them become successful at school, family, and life in general. Volunteers will help provide leadership, encouragement, tutoring, and training for these children.
We recently won the Muhammad Ali Peace Garden Award provided by World Hunger Relief for helping children learn and participate in growing vegetables. Children are also encouraged to learn good nutrition. Our garden engaged curriculum does just that. During the winter months we work inside with social, academic, physical, and emotional skills.
