Relay For Life is a fun, family oriented, community-based event to Celebrate those who have survived cancer, Remember those we have lost and Fight Back against the disease. The events last 24 hours and take place in the summer months. They are organized by committees of volunteers who are passionate and dedicated to eliminate cancer through their efforts. As a member of the Relay For Life of Walnut Creek volunteer committee, you would help plan the 2016 event that will take place on July 23-24. This is an exciting way to meet new people, learn leadership skills and give back to the community. And it's only 1 hour per month!
