Rider & Leader
One of our riders

We are in need of physically fit people to be "Sidewalkers" to our Special Needs riders! This involves walking next to a horse and helping someone with special needs. It might be balance, a hand to hold or just the reassurance of a friendly face. We will provide training, but we DO ask for a commitment of once a week, usually for about an hour. Our riders REALLY look forward to their lessons, and we need at least 2 walkers per rider, so we REALLY need you! This opportunity only runs in weather over 30 degrees, generally April-Dec.
