At Crossroads Youth & Family Services, we have a singular goal: to empower children and their families to change the world. Every day, we seek to inspire, support, encourage, motivate, counsel and shape young minds to become everything they could ever dream of becoming. However, this task is not one we can undertake by ourselves. We need your support!
Our program benefits include:
- Flexible hours (Note: The Head Start/Early Head Start schedule is based around the traditional school-year calendar)

For over three decades, Crossroads Youth and Family Services has been a beacon of hope in Cleveland County and the surrounding areas. Thousands of children and families have been helped by the services provided through Crossroads, including:
- Directions in Divorce
- Teens and Parents in Partnership (TAPP)
- Community at Risk Services (CARS)
- Alternatives to Suspension (ASP)
- Juvenile Intervention Center
- Emergency Youth Shelter
- Head Start
- Early Head Start
