Currently, Meow Stories has condos at the Petco on Harrison Road, Fredericksburg and Petsmart on Rt. 17 in South Stafford. We have cats/kittens who live there for 2 weeks at a time in hopes of finding a forever home. Our Condo Caregivers choose a day or two a week that they can go feed, clean, and play with the cats/kittens. We need at least 1 caregiver for every day of the week. We ask for a time commitment from our Condo Caregivers of at least 1day a week, for less than 1 hour a day, 4 weeks. Of course, we encourage more if you have the time. This is a fun and easy way to help the cats. Teenagers are welcome to assist with these chores under adult supervision.

Mission Statement
We strongly advocate and promote Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for feral and stray cat colonies. TNR is a proven management program in which free-roaming cats are humanely trapped, spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and then returned to their caregivers to live out the remainder of their lives.
Description
Meow Stories provides a community service by educating the general public and assisting residents with TNR for feral and stray cats in their care. When availability allows, we take in kittens and friendly adults and place them in loving foster care where they are fully vetted and prepared for adoption into lifetime homes. We also provide second chances for abandoned, neglected and injured cats/kittens so that they may be rehabilitated and placed in forever homes.
